What are your shipping options?
Australia: Australia Post Parcel Post (2–6 business days) or Express Post (1–3 business days).
International: Australia Post International (3-10 business days. Express post temporarily paused due to fuel surcharges.
What is the returns & exchanges policy?
Request via our portal—7 days (AU) / 10 days (international), items unworn with tags. AU exchanges are free both ways if stock is available.
AU returns use our courier rate (~$10–$12) or add $2.98 “Free Returns” at checkout to cover all AU courier fees (final-sale rules unchanged).
International returns: buy a return label in the portal or use any tracked courier and email tracking to info@lacorsia.co (2–3 business-day reply). Refunds are processed after inspection.
How do I get free shipping?
Free Parcel Post — from $160 (AU)
Free Express — from $210 (AU)
Free FedEx Express (DDP) — from $260–$300 internationally
Do you restock sold out items?
Some pieces do restock—others won’t. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page, and we usually share updates on Instagram and email first. If you’re after something specific, feel free to message us and we’ll check for you.
How long will my order take to ship?
Order before 12pm AEST for same day dispatch.
You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way. During busy periods, there may be a slight delay—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
