Care Guide
Cotton
Cotton is a soft, fluffy staple fiber that grows in a boll around the seeds of cotton plants. It's breathable, hypoallergenic, and gets softer with each wash.
Care Instructions
Machine wash warm or cold. Tumble dry low. Iron if needed. Avoid bleach.
Wool
Wool is a natural fibre from sheep and other animals that provides excellent insulation. It's moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating, and naturally odor-resistant. Depending on the wool quality and combing process, the wool fabric can either be smooth or fluffy.
Care Instructions
Hand wash or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Do not wring. Store folded with cedar blocks to prevent moths.
Tencel / Lyocell
Tencel is a semi-synthetic fibre form of regenerated cellulose made by dissolving pulp and dry jet-wet spinning. It's incredibly soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking with a silky smooth finish, and often used as a silk alternative or to add drape to a garment without the use of polyester.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on low if needed. Avoid bleach.
Linen
Linen is made from the fibers of the flax plant. It's known for being lightweight, breathable, and getting softer with each wash. Perfect for hot weather. Linen sometimes features 'slubs', which look like slight bumps in the smooth fabric.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold or warm. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron while slightly damp. Natural wrinkles are part of linen's character.
Knitwear
Our knitwear is generally made from 100% cotton, and is quality checked for elasticity and stretch, as well as yarn density.
Care Instructions
Dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cold water and mild detergent. Do not wring or hang to dry. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
