What are your shipping options?

Domestic orders ship with Australia Post. Choose Standard Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.

International orders ship with Australia Post, duties paid, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Everything ships from Sydney with tracking sent as soon as it's on the way. If you're in a rush, DM us.
How long will my order take to ship?

Orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day.
What is the returns & exchanges policy?

Lodge returns and exchanges through our online portal.

Domestic: request within 7 days, unworn with any tags attached.

  • Exchanges: free both ways, subject to stock.
  • Returns: courier fee (around $10 to $12) deducted from your refund, or paid on exchange.
  • Optional $2.98 Free Returns add-on covers all AU courier fees. Final sale rules still apply.

International: request within 10 days. Buy a label through the portal, or use your own tracked courier and email us the tracking.
How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a size guide with fit notes. Our AI assistant can recommend a size if you tell it your measurements or what you usually wear. Otherwise, go by shoulder width for tops and waist for bottoms. Prefer a relaxed or lower waisted fit? Size up. Still unsure, DM us.
Do you restock sold out items?

Most pieces come back. Subscribe to restock alerts on the product page and you'll be first to know, and we share updates on Instagram and email. After something specific, message us and we'll check for you.
