We ship from Brisbane, Australia in 1–2 business days.

Australia Post for domestic (Parcel Post 2–6 business days, Express 1–3 business days; next-business-day to most metro suburbs.

FedEx Express (DDP) for all international orders (3–6 business days worldwide).

Duties/tariffs are included at checkout; any local taxes show as a separate line. No fees on delivery. Tracking is sent on dispatch; customs/remote areas can add time.

What are your shipping options?

Australia: Australia Post Parcel Post (2–6 business days) or Express Post (1–3 business days).

International: FedEx Express (DDP) 3–6 business days with duties included and no delivery fees.

What is the returns & exchanges policy?

Request via our portal—7 days (AU) / 10 days (international), items unworn with tags. AU exchanges are free both ways if stock is available.

AU returns use our courier rate (~$10–$12) or add $2.98 “Free Returns” at checkout to cover all AU courier fees (final-sale rules unchanged).

International returns: buy a return label in the portal or use any tracked courier and email tracking to info@lacorsia.co (2–3 business-day reply). Refunds are processed after inspection.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some pieces do restock—others won’t. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page, and we usually share updates on Instagram and email first. If you’re after something specific, feel free to message us and we’ll check for you.

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to dispatch within one business day of your order, generally by 2pm AEST. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way. During busy periods, there may be a slight delay—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
