Important: Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees are not eligible for a full refund.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These rates vary by destination and are outside our control. To estimate possible charges, use an online duties calculator.
Duties are common for customers in Europe, the UK, Canada, and parts of Asia, where thresholds for duty-free imports are low.

🇺🇸 United States Customers
From 29 August 2025, the U.S. has removed the $800 USD de minimis threshold. All imports—regardless of value—are now subject to duties and formal customs clearance, with costs depending on product value, material type, and shipping method.
If you refuse to pay assessed duties or taxes and your order is returned:
- Original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping cost (if charged) will also be deducted.
This may result in two shipping fees and a partial refund only. Please review all customs prompts at checkout and our full policy before ordering.
Our aim is to ensure transparency so there are no surprises when your order arrives.
