Duties and Taxes

Duties and Taxes

IMPORTANT — Orders that are declined or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees, which vary depending on the shipping destination. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are outside our control.

To estimate potential charges, you can use a duties calculator.

This is particularly relevant for customers in Europe, the UK, Canada, and select Asian countries, where duties are often applied to imported goods.

🇺🇸 United States Customers

Due to ongoing changes in US trade and tariff policies, some orders may now be subject to import duties or brokerage fees, depending on the product value, material type, and shipping method.

While many orders under $800 USD still enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold, this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to review by US Customs.

If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct:

  • The original shipping cost
  • The return shipping cost (if charged)

This means you may incur two shipping fees and will not be refunded the full order amount.

We recommend reviewing all customs prompts during checkout and referring to our policy page before placing your order. Our goal is to ensure a clear and fair process for both you and our team.
