Policy Details

Domestic Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free for customers who select Free Returns with Checkout+ at checkout ($2.98). Shipping both ways is covered.
  • Login to the portal above, select the item you would like to return, and choose the item you would like to exchange for.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit to shop for another item, or you may request a refund instead.
  • If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, customers will be required to purchase a return label (typically around $12 for domestic returns) and pay a $5 handling fee that covers inspection at our returns address and restocking at our dispatch warehouse.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Domestic Returns

  • La Corsia offers Checkout+ to domestic customers for $2.98 at checkout, which provides free return shipping through our portal.
  • Customers who select Checkout+ will receive a prepaid return label and no handling or restocking fees will apply for refunds or exchanges.
  • Customers who do not select Checkout+ are responsible for purchasing their own return label (usually around $12 domestically) and paying a $5 handling fee that covers inspection at our returns address and restocking at our dispatch warehouse.
  • For faster processing, customers may choose Instant Exchange in the portal. A temporary card hold will be placed, which is released once the return is received and verified.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if any) attached.
  • If an item is returned damaged or not in original condition, deductions may apply, or the item may be shipped back at your expense.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval, otherwise the request will be cancelled.
International Returns and Exchanges

International return and exchange requests should be submitted through our portal.

Currently, international return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service through your local courier.

All international returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Please ensure tracking is provided. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received.

We are currently in the process of setting up international return shipping partners, which will allow customers to generate discounted return labels through our portal in the future.

Final Sale Policy

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item.
