Returns and Exchanges

Returns can be self managed in your profile reached by logging in with the email used to order.

Christmas Returns & Exchanges

  • Orders placed between the 20th of November and 30th of December have an extended returns period
  • Return or exchange requests for these orders are available until the 10th of January
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the same policies below

Domestic Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for sizes or an alternative product on full-priced items submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Please submit a return request via your website profile and add a note of which product and which size you'd like to exchange for.

Domestic Returns

  • If for any reason you change your mind, we’re happy to refund all full-priced items within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Postage will only be covered on returns if the product is deemed to be faulty, and not on change of heart returns, otherwise a $12 flat fee will be deducted from the return amount.
  • Following a return request approval, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent via your email. Please reach out following any delays or for any questions.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • International returns and exchanges are valid from 10 days of order delivery, and are processed at courier rates with no free shipping provided, with the exception of faulty or incorrect items.
  • We welcome our international customers to ship their return with any courier of their choice to our returns address below. Please note a refund will not be issued until we receive the item.
  • Please notify us of a return shipment via an email to info@lacorsia.co and include your order number. 

Final Sale T&C's

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns for items purchased during a sale period unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • This includes garments that are ill fitting, change of mind returns, or individual item exchanges. 
  • We are unable to amend or cancel orders that have already been placed.
  • If an item is returned to us, it will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
  • Orders placed more than 10 days prior to a sale period including items in the sale are also subject to these T&Cs.
