Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you can now do it instantly through our online portal:

  1. Request a Return / Exchange below.
  2. Enter your order number and either your email or postcode.
  3. Select the items you'd like to return or exchange.
  4. Instantly process your return or exchange, receive your pre-paid return label, and get your exchange shipped out ASAP.

Returns and exchanges are handled through our self-service system—no need to email us or wait. If you’re exchanging, you can pick your new size or style during the process.

Return & Exchange Policies

Domestic Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free, with shipping both ways covered.
  • Include the size or item you’d like to exchange for in the return request notes.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Domestic Returns

  • A return shipping fee of $10 (1 item) or $12 (2 or more items) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if any) attached.
  • If an item is returned damaged or not in original condition, deductions may apply, or the item may be reshipped at your expense.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval, otherwise the request will be cancelled.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • International returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or incorrect items.
  • You may return your item using any courier of your choice—please ensure tracking is provided.
  • A refund will only be processed once we receive the returned item.
  • Notify us of your return by emailing info@lacorsia.co with your order number.

Final Sale Policy

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item.
