For domestic orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Post—choose between Standard Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.

For international orders, we ship duties paid with FedEx - no surprise fees at delivery.

All orders ship from Brisbane, Australia within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way. If you’re in a rush or have questions about delivery times, feel free to DM us

Lodge returns/exchanges via our online portal.

Domestic: request within 7 days; unworn with any tags.

Exchanges: free both ways (if stock available).
Returns: courier fee (~$10–$12) deducted from refund or paid on exchange.
Optional $2.98 Free Returns add-on covers all AU courier fees (final-sale rules still apply).

International: request within 10 days; buy label via portal or use your own tracked courier and email tracking.

We don’t do sitewide sales, but we do occasionally share special codes with our community—especially for high-engagement followers or long-time supporters. Keep an eye on our Instagram and emails for any promos.

Each product page includes a size guide with fit notes. For bottoms, we recommend choosing based on your waist measurement. For tops, shoulder width is key. If you prefer a more relaxed or low-waisted fit, you can size up. Need help? DM us anytime.

Some pieces do restock—others won’t. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page, and we usually share updates on Instagram and email first. If you’re after something specific, feel free to message us and we’ll check for you.

We aim to dispatch within one business day of your order, generally by 2pm AEST. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way. During busy periods, there may be a slight delay—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
