Our view on sustainability in the fashion industry.

Responsible for an estimated 10% of global carbon emissions and 20% of water waste, the fashion world has a long way to go before it can ever be considered a sustainable industry.

Despite these challenges, La Corsia is committed to doing what we can to lessen our impact on the planet. Our journey towards sustainability starts with conscious material selectionโ€”utilizingย organic and recycled materialsย in our fabrics, and extending that ethos to our packaging as well.

At La Corsia, we follow aย limited release model. Our goal is to create pieces that you'll cherish, ensuring that we sell out and leave no products to go to waste. We are against the culture of mass production that fuels both environmental waste and mindless consumerism.

We actively avoid offering sales and discounts, as we recognize they often prompt hasty buying decisions and perpetuate a culture of excessive consumption. Our mission is not to lure customers into acquiring more, but to encourage thoughtful choices about what they genuinely need and will use often.

Frequently asked questions

What are your shipping options?

For domestic orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Postโ€”choose between Standard Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.

For international orders, we offer two options:

  • Australia Post International โ€“ handed off to your local postal service (like USPS, Royal Mail, etc.)
  • DHL Express โ€“ a faster, tracked courier service

All orders ship from Brisbane, Australia within 1โ€“2 business days, and youโ€™ll receive tracking details once itโ€™s on the way. If youโ€™re in a rush or have questions about delivery times, feel free to DM us

What is the returns & exchanges policy?

You can request a return or exchange through our online return portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are free for domestic orders (both ways!) if the item is available. Domestic returns have a small $10โ€“$12 fee and must be unworn with tags.

If youโ€™re outside of Australia, you can still return itemsโ€”just make sure to request it within 10 days of receiving your order. International customers cover all postage costs. We partner with couriers in most major countries to offer prepaid return labels. If not, youโ€™re welcome to use any courier you preferโ€”just send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it. Refunds are processed once we receive your item.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some pieces do restockโ€”others wonโ€™t. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page, and we usually share updates on Instagram and email first. If youโ€™re after something specific, feel free to message us and weโ€™ll check for you.

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to dispatch within one business day of your order, generally by 2pm AEST. Youโ€™ll get tracking as soon as itโ€™s on the way. During busy periods, there may be a slight delayโ€”but weโ€™ll always keep you in the loop.
