Frequently asked questions

For domestic orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Post—choose between Standard Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.

For international orders, we offer two options:

Australia Post International – handed off to your local postal service (like USPS, Royal Mail, etc.)
DHL Express – a faster, tracked courier service

All orders ship from Brisbane, Australia within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way. If you’re in a rush or have questions about delivery times, feel free to DM us

You can request a return or exchange through our online return portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are free for domestic orders (both ways!) if the item is available. Domestic returns have a small $10–$12 fee and must be unworn with tags.

If you’re outside of Australia, you can still return items—just make sure to request it within 10 days of receiving your order. International customers cover all postage costs. We partner with couriers in most major countries to offer prepaid return labels. If not, you’re welcome to use any courier you prefer—just send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it. Refunds are processed once we receive your item.

We don’t do sitewide sales, but we do occasionally share special codes with our community—especially for high-engagement followers or long-time supporters. Keep an eye on our Instagram and emails for any promos

Each product page includes a size guide with fit notes. For bottoms, we recommend choosing based on your waist measurement. For tops, shoulder width is key. If you prefer a more relaxed or low-waisted fit, you can size up. Need help? DM us anytime.

Some pieces do restock—others won’t. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page, and we usually share updates on Instagram and email first. If you’re after something specific, feel free to message us and we’ll check for you.

We aim to dispatch within one business day of your order, generally by 2pm AEST. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way. During busy periods, there may be a slight delay—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
