Refund policy

Christmas Returns & Exchanges:

  • Orders placed between the 20th of November and 30th of December have an extended returns period
  • Return or exchange requests for these orders are available until the 10th of January
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the same policies below

     

    Domestic:

    Exchanges - Free Shipping

    • We offer free exchanges for sizes or an alternative product on full-priced items submitted within 10 days of delivery. Please submit a return request and add a note that you would like to exchange the product.

    Online Returns - Flat Rate ($10)

    • If for any reason you change your mind, we’re happy to refund all full-priced items within 10 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
    • Postage will only be covered on returns if the product is deemed to be faulty, and not on change of heart returns. 
    • Returns can be self-managed through your customer account, reached by clicking the profile icon at the top right of the screen and selecting the relevant order. Following this, your request will be approved and a pre-paid shipping label sent via email. Please reach out following any delays or for any questions.

    International:

    • International returns and exchanges are valid from 10 days of order delivery, and are processed at courier rates with no free shipping provided, with the exception of faulty or incorrect items.
    • We welcome our international customers to ship their return with any courier of their choice to our returns address below. Please note a refund will not be issued until we receive the item.
    • Please notify us of a return shipment via an email to info@lacorsia.co and include your order number.
