What are your shipping options?

For domestic orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Postā€”choose between Standard Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.

For international orders, we offer two options:

  • Australia Post International ā€“ handed off to your local postal service (like USPS, Royal Mail, etc.)
  • DHL Express ā€“ a faster, tracked courier service

All orders ship from Brisbane, Australia within 1ā€“2 business days, and youā€™ll receive tracking details once itā€™s on the way. If youā€™re in a rush or have questions about delivery times, feel free to DM us
What is the returns & exchanges policy?

You can request a return or exchange through our online return portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are free for domestic orders (both ways!) if the item is available. Domestic returns have a small $10ā€“$12 fee and must be unworn with tags.

If youā€™re outside of Australia, you can still return itemsā€”just make sure to request it within 10 days of receiving your order. International customers cover all postage costs. We partner with couriers in most major countries to offer prepaid return labels. If not, youā€™re welcome to use any courier you preferā€”just send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it. Refunds are processed once we receive your item.
Do you offer discounts?

We donā€™t do sitewide sales, but we do occasionally share special codes with our communityā€”especially for high-engagement followers or long-time supporters. Keep an eye on our Instagram and emails for any promos
How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide with fit notes. For bottoms, we recommend choosing based on your waist measurement. For tops, shoulder width is key. If you prefer a more relaxed or low-waisted fit, you can size up. Need help? DM us anytime.
Do you restock sold out items?

Some pieces do restockā€”others wonā€™t. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page, and we usually share updates on Instagram and email first. If youā€™re after something specific, feel free to message us and weā€™ll check for you.
How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to dispatch within one business day of your order, generally by 2pm AEST. Youā€™ll get tracking as soon as itā€™s on the way. During busy periods, there may be a slight delayā€”but weā€™ll always keep you in the loop.
