Policy Details
Domestic Exchanges
  • Exchanges are free, with shipping both ways covered.
  • Include the size or item you’d like to exchange for in the return request notes.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Domestic Returns
  • La Corsia offers Checkout+ to domestic customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if any) attached.
  • If an item is returned damaged or not in original condition, deductions may apply, or the item may be reshipped at your expense.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval, otherwise the request will be cancelled.
International Returns and Exchanges

International return and exchange requests should be submitted through our portal. However, labels are the customer's responsibility to purchase through their local shipping provider. If you encounter any errors using the portal, please contact us.

All international returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. Items may be returned using any courier of your choice; please ensure tracking is provided. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received.
